All studio classes take place on our handcrafted, sprung dance floor and require bare feet, grippy socks, or indoor shoes only.

DANCE CARDIO

Join us for a one-hour dance cardio experience to move your body, get your sweat on, and release all of that tension our bodies tend to hold.

All levels are welcome, if you’re moving and having a good time, you’re doing it right!

strength class

STRENGTH

POWER HOUR: A blend of dance and targeted strength training for a total-body workout like no other. We primarily use body weight for strength and stability but may also include equipment such as light weights and exercise bands.

PILATES: Experience the transformative power of Pilates as you lengthen and strengthen your body, leaving you feeling revitalized and empowered. Using flowing sequences choreographed to music, you'll engage your core and improve your posture, stability, and alignment.

LOW IMPACT

YOGA: Step onto the mat and embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being with our Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes. Each session focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering inner peace and relaxation.

STRETCH + FLOW: Join us for a physical and mental glow up and reset like no other. Celebrate you and your body through dynamic stretching and yoga-like flows. The results are increased range of motion and flexibility to keep you moving and grooving on and off the dance floor.

Dance technique choreo class

TECHNIQUE

Join us for one-hour of dance technique where you’ll learn fundamentals in a specific style, from R&B Grooves to Dança Afro Beats, K-Pop and more. No experience necessary - our classes offer a welcoming space for all levels to grow as a dancer, to move your body with confidence, and maybe even learn a new routine or two.

ZUMBA

Let the rhythm move you in our high-energy, fun-filled Zumba classes. You’ll move, sweat, and shake it in this latin-inspired dance cardio class, perfect for beginners and experienced dancers alike.

KIDS + BABY

KIDS: Get that after-school energy out dancing with friends. Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun, non-competitive environment.

BABY+ME: Bond with your baby while moving your body in this baby-wearing class. You’ll be dancing and training with or without light weights.
