Valeria’s connection to dance started when she was 2 years old and took ballet and tap classes. Throughout her childhood, dance and music continued to play a large role, through dance classes or just having music constantly played around the house. Dance has always been a form of joy, fulfillment, and nostalgia for Valeria. Along with that, Valeria is a strong advocate for using exercise as a way to heal the mind and body. Through her degree in cognitive science at UCSC, Valeria learned how to practice healthy mental habits. She is dedicated to physical fitness, and exercise is a constant in her life. Connecting music, fitness, and mental health is powerful. She is excited to be part of your well ness journey and will see you at the front desk to welcome you into our beautiful space!
